Purchase returns
In case of payment by bank card, funds are returned to the same bank card.
1. Return of goods of proper quality:
- return or exchange of goods of good quality is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that their consumer properties and presentation are preserved (no signs of use, the presence of original and undamaged packaging and labels), and the presence of a document confirming payment for the goods.
- Returns/exchanges are subject to the provision of a completed and signed return application.
- Refunds are made within 7 business days from the date the Seller received the goods and the return application is completed and signed by the Buyer.
- To consider a return application, you must send us the product and a return application, for
- the address indicated in the invoice, or the address can be clarified with the managers if you received the goods at the Nova Poshta branch.
2. Return of goods of inadequate quality:
- a product of inadequate quality is understood as a product that cannot ensure the fulfillment of its functional qualities (cracks, damage, incomplete goods, manufacturing defects). The received product must correspond to the description on the website. Differences in design or design from those stated on the website are not signs of inadequate quality.
- The buyer undertakes to check the product for integrity and the presence of visible defects at the time of receipt of the order and, if there are defects, immediately notify the manager, draw up, and sign a statement (claim).
– In case of returning a product of inadequate quality, provided that the Buyer noticed the defect at the time of receipt by the courier, we will bear the return delivery costs of the order.
- If the Buyer did not check the order upon receipt and notified about it later (with the exception of hidden defects), the Seller does not replace the goods.
- goods of inadequate quality or that you did not order must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging, with original labels.
- Along with the application for return/exchange, you must send a copy of the payment document.
